Once an order has been placed, please contact the shop directly if you have any complaints. The shop must be given the opportunity to rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day as the delivery/order. If the shop does not resolve the issue, then please contact us using a method listed on our contact page.

Any refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
